We ship with USPS/UPS/FEDEX/DHL all items are tracked and insured for our protection. The time it takes to receive a package depends on your method you choose. Free shipping is shipped using the lowest cost available. Unfortunately due to the uptick of USPS/UPS/FEDEX/DHL requesting the damaged items being turned in, If your items arrive damaged due to USPS/UPS/FEDEX/DHL you will have to make the claim, If for any reason you follow protocol and they do not refund you.
